Stemford Pty Ltd provides consistently high-quality cattle and grain crops to feed Australians every year. Family owned and operated we provide grains such as wheat and sorghum and pulses such chickpea and fava beans in Lilyvale.
What We Do
We buy in cattle and grow them to the entry weight specification needed to enter the Feed Lot. Our 400 head of cattle graze on both grassed and grass pasture.
Our breeds are:
• Drought master cross
• Santa Gertrudis cross
• Brahman
Stemford Pty Ltd also grows a wide range of crops. We grow course grain summer crops such as sorghum and winter crops such as wheat and chickpea. Other pulses that we grow are fava beans, canola oil seeds, sunflower seeds and bird seed over 2500 hectares of farm land.
